Synthetic, new-generation, high-yield dispersing-superplasticizing agent for cementitious mixes. Specific for heat-distributing low screeds and for harsh climates. Has high fluidizing and antifoaming power even at low dosage. Much faster setting and hardening times than common superplasticizers as cement and aggregates are wetted perfectly evenly, limiting the tendency for segregation and bleending (water surfacing) of concrete. Specific for lowered screeds and applications requiring very fast setting time. It has high fluidizing and antifoaming power even at low dosage.
Add the product to the mix water in the concrete mixing plant. Better workability and workability retention results, however, can be obtained by adding the additive at the end of mixing or better by adding half at the end of mixing and half in the concrete mixer truck before the concrete is used. The recommended dosage ranges from 0.5 to 2 % on the concrete. The actual dosage can be chosen according to the desired application and type of inert material.
