Glass-fibre reinforced bituminous coating, seals, repairs and waterproofs
For repairing flat or sloping roofs. For sealing chimneys, gutters, guttering, cladding, edging, drainpipes, etc. For waterproofing foundations and walls, pitched and sloping roofs, domes, terraces and balconies. Ideal as a cold adhesive for bonding bituminous materials (roofing, sheathing, roof tiles, corrugated sheets). Immediate sealing of leaking roofs (wet surfaces). Applicable on dry or wet surfaces. Remains soft and flexible for 20 years after application. Applicable by trowel, brush and roller. Unaffected by rain even when still fresh or freshly applied.
If necessary, clean and dry (without heating), remove moving parts and hardened bitumen, cut cross-shaped bubbles. Reinforce major repairs with cover pieces or fibreglass tape. Apply with a silicone gun, brush or spatula. Finish and clean tools with Tec7 Cleaner. Do not use in ponds or water courses, or on roofs that drain into ponds.
The layer thickness is 2 mm, whereas a layer thickness of 1 mm is sufficient for finishing with slate. 1 litre = 1 mm on 1 m²
