Indicator paste for detecting water in fuels, diesel, gasoline etc.
Cover the end of a metal rod or stick or metric wheel and dip into the tank. After half a minute if the paste layer has turned red there is water present, and based on the height of the coloration it can be traced by knowing the geometry of the tank, the amount of water present.
