Sealing and mounting with one product, even under water
Outstanding bonding capacity, high UV and fungus resistance. Cures quickly without elastic shrinkage. Remains flexible and resists vibration. Bonds on both dry and wet surfaces. Can be used both indoors and outdoors. Safe on mirrors, leaves no residue on natural stone. Almost odourless. Can be used on most building materials. TEC7 replaces assembly glues, wood glues and polyurethane adhesives, silicone sealants, sanitary silicones, acrylic adhesives, butyl rubber sealants. Ideal on natural stone (without staining), metal (preventing rusting), polyester, polystyrene foam. Overpaintable with most common paints. TEC7 has lower adhesion on PP, PE, bitumen and silicones. Thanks to its food certification, it can be used in the health sector. It has marine certification. Free of phthalates, solvents and isocyanates.
Application temperature -10°C to +40°C. Apply on a clean, stable, dust- and grease-free surface: use Tec7 Cleaner and/or Multiclean to clean and degrease the application surface. Tec7 hardens by reacting with air humidity. Distribute Tec7 in lines, avoiding too thick drops that would take longer to harden. For use between two airtight materials, it is recommended to slightly moisten one of the surfaces. Distribute in vertical adhesive strips to avoid accumulation of moisture and dust. Ideal adhesive thickness: 0.5 mm to 3 mm. Thin layers provide greater strength. Thicker layers give greater elasticity. Paintable after film formation. Once cured, Tec7 can only be removed mechanically.
