Fast adhesive with suction effect
No drilling required, adheres in seconds to most materials. The fastest MS polymer adhesive. Extreme initial hold. Resistant to vibration and impact. Can also be used on wet and slippery surfaces. Perfect for vertical bonding. Permanently elastic. Safe on mirrors, leaves no residue on natural stone. Almost odourless. Resistant to fungi and bacteria. Resistant to water and air. Can be used on most building materials for wall coverings, panelled ceilings, door and window frames, shower stalls, window sills, floors, various supports and shelves, roofs and roofing. Good adhesion to bricks, plaster, concrete, reconstructed stone, aluminium, glass, wood, polystyrene and polyurethane foam insulation panels, PVC, wood, marble, granite, ceramic, copper, steel, stainless steel, pre-painted sheet metal. Suitable for gluing accessories in shower cubicles or where it is not possible to drill holes (stoneware, marble, etc.). X-TACK has poor adhesion on PP, PE, PPE. It does not contain phthalates, solvents and isocyanates. Once opened, it can last up to 6 months if stored correctly. Certified for use in the food industry.
Working temperature -10°C to +40°C. Apply on clean, dust- and grease-free substrates: use Tec7 Cleaner and/or Multiclean to clean and degrease the application surface. When gluing mirrors in damp environments, only use vertical strips of adhesive to prevent moisture stagnation caused by condensation.
Minimum thickness of adhesive: 2 mm. Ideal adhesive thickness for optimal bond strength: 3 mm. The nozzle has a V-groove to allow the correct amount of adhesive to be dispensed. It is not recommended to remove and/or cut it. During application, position the nozzle perpendicular to the surface. For maximum adhesion in the shortest possible time, apply the adhesive in strips (instead of glue drops).
